Whether you're looking for help with housing and services needs; securing a promotional booth; finding reliable transportation; planning an off-site special event, our specialists can get you everything you need.

Our Convention Services department will be happy to meet with you, your staff or your local arrangements committee to design leisure time activities, spouse programs and exciting receptions and dinners to ensure that your Philadelphia experience will be a successful and profitable one.

Multicultural resources to help provide you with community links and program development including:

  • Political, civic and business outreach on your behalf
  • Assistance in locating multicultural speakers
  • Volunteer outreach
  • Public relations services

PCVB Resources

  • Primary contact for convention housing & services needs
  • Primary contact for promotional booth
  • Assists with transportation needs
  • Assists with off-site special event logistics
  • Coordinates Welcome Program (in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 30th Street station, Philadelphia International Airport and area hotels)
  • Assists in securing promotional items/board gifts (where applicable)
  • Provides directory of vendor resources
